We are a rental equipment company. We provide rental equipment, delivery, and pickup only. We do not offer event decorating, party planning, or event styling.

Full balance is due one week before your event date. No rental items will be released without full payment.
Rescheduling is allowed one time only and must be requested at least 7 days before your event. New date must be available.
All deposits are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund or transfer.
Delivery fee includes drop-off and pickup only. Setup, decorating, balloon installation, table styling, and event planning are not included unless agreed to separately in writing for an additional charge.
