Full remaining balance is due before delivery. No items are released without full payment.

Rental items are delivered to the address provided. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.
Your rental items are in place and ready. LaClaire’s delivery includes drop-off only. Setup and styling are not included.
We return on the agreed pickup date. All items must be together, dry, and accessible. Customer is responsible for items until pickup is complete.
Delivery fee includes drop-off and pickup only. Setup, decorating, balloon installation, table styling, and event planning are not included unless agreed to separately in writing for an additional charge.
